A LEADING TOBACCO MACHINE MANUFACTURER SINCE 1990's
EMS ventured into the tobacco industry way back in the 1990s by manufacturing critical spare parts for cigarette-making and packing machines. Recognizing our technical capabilities & commitment to quality, customers encouraged us to build subassemblies and thereafter complete machines.
Thus, began our journey in machine building for the cigarette industry initially with Packet wrappers and gradually the complete downstream packing machines including Boxers, Overwrappers & Case packers.
Progressively EMS created capability for design & development and extended the product portfolio to higher speed ranges of 300 ppm & 400 ppm cigarette downstream packing machines; whilst simultaneously venturing into other applications in the tobacco industry.

- Production Facility: ISO 9001:2015 certified Tool Room equipped with CNC machining centers, turning centers, Precision Grinding, Boring, EDMs (Wire cut & Spark erosion), and a host of conventional machines.
